摘要
目的：探讨银翘散对临床风热感冒的疗效评价。方法：选择2014年4-6月发热门诊就诊的风热感冒患者124例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。以复方氨酚烷胺胶囊（快客）为对照组，银翘散为治疗组。治疗3d后观察2组患者临床疗效，起效时间，症状积分变化，比较2组疗效。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组症状积分，有效率及治愈时间均有显著改善，且与对照组相比具显著性差异（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。结论：银翘散在治疗风热感冒中，疗效确切，效果显著，稳定，值得临床推广。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yinqiao powder on wind heat cold. Methods： 124 cases from April to June 2014 in fever clinic of wind heat type common cold patients, given the yinqiao powder treatment and were randomly assigned to two groups. Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride was taken in the control group and Yinqiao powder for the treatment group. After treatment of 3 days, the clinical efficacy, onset time and symptom score of the two groups were observed and compared with the effect of the two groups. Results： The symptom score, total effective rate and recovery time of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yinqiao powder in the treatment of wind heat type common cold, remarkable, and the curative ef- fect is significant, stable, and worthy of clinical promotion.
