超高效液相色谱法测定五味温通除痹胶囊淫羊藿苷含量

Content Determination of Icariin in Wuweiwentong Chubi Capsule By UPLC

目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定五味温通除痹胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用UPLC法测定五味温通除痹胶囊的君药淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷的含量,色谱条件:Acquity BEH C18柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm);检测波长:270nm;流动相:乙腈-水(27:73);流速:0.2m L·min^(-1);进样量:1.0μL;柱温:22℃。结果:淫羊藿苷保留时间为5.4min,淫羊藿苷于0.016-0.160mg间呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为98.36%,RSD=2.07%(n=6);精密度良好,RSD<2%;重复性良好,RSD<2%;限定五味温通除痹胶囊淫羊藿苷含量不得低于0.00mg/g。结论:此方法的结果准确,重复性良好,可以作为五味温通除痹胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的测定方法。

Objective： To establish the UPLC method for the determination of Icariin in Wuwei Wentong Chubi Cap- sule. Methods： UPLC method was performed on the acquity UPLC BE H C18（100mm × 2.1mm, 1.7 μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（27：73）, the column temperature was 22 ℃ , the flow rate was 0.2mL＇min-1, the detection wavelength was 270nm and the sample size was- 1.0μL. Results： The retention time of icariin was 5.4min. The linear ranger of baicalin was 0.016-0.160mg（r = 0. 9999）. Aver-age recovery rate was 98.36% and RSD was 2.07% （n=6）, the precision was good, RSD〈2%, and the repeatability was good, RSD〈 2% .Conclusions： The method is accurate and the reproducibility is good, can be used for the determination of Icariin in Wuwei Wentong Chubi Capsule.
