卡维地洛治疗老年2型糖尿病并发慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗效果

Carvedilol Treatment in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure Treatment Effect

目的观察卡维地洛治疗老年2型糖尿病并发慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择该院收治的50例2型糖尿病并发慢性心力衰竭患者作为观察对象(2012年6月—2015年1月),随机将其分成两组,对照组采用美托洛尔治疗,实验组采用卡维地洛治疗,观察两组2型糖尿病并发慢性心力衰竭患者治疗后心功能改善率、空腹血糖水平及症状缓解时间。结果对照组心功能改善率(64.00%)明显低于实验组(88.00%),且两组对比的空腹血糖水平及症状缓解时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年2型糖尿病并发慢性心力衰竭患者采用卡维地洛进行治疗的临床效果较为显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the carvedilol treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure clinical effect. Methods Our hospital of 50 eases of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure patients as observation object （June 2012 to January 2015）, it is divided into~ two groups at random, the control group treated with metoprolol, the experimental group treated with carvedilol, observe two groups of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure in the treatment of middle of the back function period, fasting blood glucose level and duration of symptoms. Results Cardiac function of the control period（64.00%）, significantly lower than the experimental group（88.00%）, and compared the two groups of fasting blood glucose level and duration of symptoms exist significant differ- ence, statistically significant（P〈0.05）.. Conclusion In elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure treated with carvedilol in clinical effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
