曲美他嗪治疗伴有糖尿病的冠心病疗效分析

Trimetazidine Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Diabetes Curative Effect Analysis

目的分析曲美他嗪治疗伴有糖尿病的冠心病的临床疗效。方法选择该院收治的40例伴有糖尿病的冠心病患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2013年2月—2015年3月,随机将其分成两组,对照组采用谷维素进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪进行治疗,观察两组伴有糖尿病的冠心病患者症状缓解时间、心绞痛发作频率及血糖改善率。结果对照组血糖改善率(45.00%)与实验组(60.00%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组的症状缓解时间及心绞痛发作频率均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对伴有糖尿病的冠心病患者采用曲美他嗪治疗的效果显著,能显著改善患者的血糖水平,改善患者心肌缺血现象,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease with diabetes QuMei. Methods Treated in our hospital from 40 cases of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease as the object of ob- servation, were time for February 2013 to March 2015 were divided into two groups, control group were treated with o- ryzanol, experimental group received with trimetazidine treatment group on the basis of the control observed two groups of patients with diabetes in patients with coronary heart disease symptoms remission time, angina attack frequency and blood glucose rate of improvement. Results Control group, the levels of blood glucose improvement rate （45.00%） and experimen- tal group （60.00%） there is no difference is statistically meaningless（P〉0.05）, but two groups of symptoms ease time of angi- na and seizure frequency were significantly different, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease patients with trimetazidine trimetazidine treatment effect significantly, can significantly improve the patient＇s blood sugar level, improve the phenomenon of myocardialischemiain patients with, it is worth clinicalpromotion.
