肿瘤合并糖尿病采用紫彬类药物化疗的护理策略

Tumor Diabetes Mellitus with Purple bin is Nursing Strategy of Chemotherapy Drugs

目的分析肿瘤合并糖尿病采用紫彬类药物化疗的护理策略。方法选取该院收治的50例肿瘤合并糖尿病患者2013年8月—2015年8月作为观察对象,实施随机分组(对照组和实验组)。对照组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者采取整体护理,分析比较两组肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果对照组肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的并发症发生率(28.00%)显著高于实验组,且实验组和对照组肿瘤合并糖尿病患者满意度评分存在明显差异,P<0.05。结论对肿瘤合并糖尿病患者采取整体护理,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the tumor diabetes mellitus with purple bin is nursing strategy of chemotherapy drugs. Methods Select our hospital of 50 cases of tumor patients with diabetes mellitus （August 2013 to August 2015） as research object, the implementation of random group（control group and experimental group）. Control group patients take routine nurs- ing care, experimental group patients to take the overall care, compared two groups of tumor patients with diabetes mellitus satisfaction score and the incidence of complications. Results The control group of cancer patients with diabetes mellitus complications （28.00%） is significantly higher than the experimental group, and the experimental group and control group in tumor patients with diabetes mellitus satisfaction scores were significantly different, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For cancer patients with diabetes meUitus, holistic nursing care.
