糖尿病肾病患者血透过程中血压变化特点及护理对策

目的对糖尿病肾病患者血透过程中的血压变化特点进行分析,并提出相应的护理对策。方法选择2013年4月—2015年5月该院的12例糖尿病肾病患者作为实验组,40例慢性肾炎患者作为对照组,(两组患者持续血透时间>6个月)对两组患者的血压变化特点进行分析,并探讨其护理对策。结果两组患者的基础收缩压情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),另,实验组患者的低血压发生率高于对照组患者,实验组患者的低血压发生率为34.21%,对照组患者的低血压发生率为13.60%。结论糖尿病肾病患者在血透过程中基础收缩压情况不存在明显差异,但患者的血压降低幅度较大,低血压发生现象较多,应运用正确的护理对策进行护理。

In the control group, the incidence of hypotension of 13.60%. Conclusion in patients with diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis process in basal systolic blood pressure is not significantly different, but blood pressure in patients with decreased greatly and the incidence of hypotension phenomenon more, should use the correct nursing care.
