综合护理干预对糖尿病足坏疽截肢患者转归的影响

目的探讨糖尿病足坏疽截肢采用综合护理干预的效果。方法选取该院收治的糖尿病足坏疽截肢患者20例,在围手术期实施综合护理干预,观察切口愈合效果,比较护理前后的血糖指标变化。结果患者手术切口I期愈合19例(95.0%),术后发生切口感染1例、尿路感染2例,并发症发生率为15.0%,对症处理后好转。患者入院时空腹血糖值为(16.2±3.5)mmol/L,出院时降低至(7.8±1.4)mmol/L。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足坏疽截肢患者实施综合护理干预具有积极意义,能够减少术后并发症、促进切口愈合,有利于控制血糖指标,值得推广。

Objective To investigate diabetic foot amputation by comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods A total of 20 patients admitted to our hospital gangrene of diabetic foot amputation patients, the perioperative implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention, to observe the wound healing effect, nursing before and after the changes in blood glucose. Results 19 cases （95%） of patients with 1 healing, 1 cases of incision infection, 2 cases of urinary tract infection, cases of urinary tract infection, the incidence rate of complications was 15%. The patient was admitted to the hospital with a time abdominal blood glucose value（16.2＋3.5） mmo1/L, and was reduced to（7.8~1.4） mmol/L at discharge. The difference was sta- tistically significant. Conclusion Patients with diabetic foot gangrene amputation implementation of comprehensive nursing has positive significance （P〈0.05）, can reduce postoperative complications, promote wound healing, is conducive to the improvement of glycemic index and is worthy to be popularized.
