3～4岁听障儿童Conners父母问卷结果分析

Results of Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire from Parents of Hearing-impaired Children Aged 3-4 Years

目的探讨3～4岁听障儿童的行为问题。方法采用Conners父母症状问卷（Parent Symptom Questionnaire，PSQ），对60名3～4岁听障儿童的行为问题进行调查。结果听障儿童的行为问题检出率为43．33％，其中学习问题最为突出，检出率为33．33％；男女童的行为问题差异不显著（P〉0．05）；除焦虑因子外，听障儿童其他行为问题因子的得分显著高于健听儿童（P〈0．05）。结论听障儿童行为问题发生率较高，在康复过程中应引起家长和老师的关注。

Objective To explore the behavioral problems of hearing-impaired children aged 3-4 years. Methods The Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire was used to investigate the behavioral problems of 60 hearing-impaired children aged 3-4 years. Results The detection rate of behavioral problems of hearing-impaired children was 43.33% and the learning problem was the most prominent, with a detection rate of 33.33%.There was no significant difference between boys and girls（P〉0.05）.The scores of behavioral problems in hearing-impaired children were significantly higher than those in normal- children except anxiety factor（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of behavioral problems in hearing-impaired children is higher, so parents and teachers should pay more attention to the behavioral problems in the process of rehabilitation.
