摘要
低氧血症是胸腔镜心脏手术单肺通气时的主要并发症,能影响患者的正常生理功能,也是麻醉医生面临的一大挑战。为避免低氧血症的发生,我们需了解其发生的原因、预防和处理措施,现就以上三方面内容进行分析并作一综述。
For thoracoscopic cardiac surgery,hypoxemia is the main complication of patients during one lung ventilation,which can affect the normal physiological function of patients,and it is also a challenge to the anesthesiologist.In order to avoid the occurrence of hypoxemia,wc need to understand its causes,prevention and treatment measures,then make a review on the above three aspects.
