基层医疗机构药学人员知识与技能现状及其培训需求调查

Investigation on Status of Knowledge,Skills and Training Needs for Pharmacy Staffs in Grass-Roots Medical Institutions

目的调查了解基层医疗机构药学人员知识与技能现状及其培训需求状况,并提出在职培训建议,为相关部门提供参考。方法自编自填式调查问卷,采用分层随机抽样方法对佛山市南海区基层医疗机构的药学人员进行无记名调查。结果共调查197名基层药学人员,其中48.7%的人员为大专及以下学历,初级及以下职称占56.9%,平均接近半数(49.6%±11.9%)的被调查者认为自己对所调查的知识和技能的掌握程度为"一般"或"不会";具有最广泛培训需求的前三项"知识"分别为:药学最新前沿知识(86.1%)、临床合理用药知识(83.2%)、处方调剂业务知识(82.4%),前三项"技能"分别为:文献资料检索利用技能(87.0%)、计算机应用操作技能(86.0%)、科研论文撰写技能(85.0%)。结论基层药学人员的整体素质还有待提高,总体上对相关知识和技能的掌握状况欠佳,对平时工作起重要作用或掌握不足的知识和技能有最广泛的培训需求,对培训方式和师资来源等也有所偏好。相关部门应根据基层药学人员的实际培训需求,有针对性地为他们制定和实施在职培训措施,以有效提高其专业素质。

OBJECTIVE To investigate and know about the status of knowledge,skills and training needs for pharmacy staffs in grass-roots medical institutions,and to put forward some on-the-job training suggestions so as to provide references for related departments. METHODS The self-administered questionnaires were self-developed,and the pharmacy staffs of grass-roots medical institutions located in Nanhai district of Foshan city were investigated by anonymous questionnaires adopting stratified random sampling method. RESULTS A sample of 197 cases of grass-roots pharmacy staffs was surveyed,48. 7% of respondents were junior college degree or below,and the primary professional titles or below accounted for 56. 9%. On average nearly half（ 49. 6% ± 11. 9%） of respondents thought that their mastery degree of knowledge and skills listed in questionnaires was ＂ just so so＂ or ＂ incapable＂. The broadest training needs of the top three ＂ knowledge＂ were： pharmaceutical latest cutting-edge knowledge（ 86. 1%）,rational clinical drug usage knowledge（ 83. 2%）,prescription dispensing knowledge（ 82. 4%）,and the corresponding top three ＂ skills ＂ were：literature retrieval and utilization skill（ 87. 0%）,computer application skills（ 86. 0%）,research paper writing skills（ 85. 0%）.CONCLUSION The grass-roots pharmacy staffs＇ overall quality still needed to be improved,their mastery of the relevant knowledge and skills was in poor conditions on the whole,they had the most extensive training needs on the knowledge and skills which could play an important role in their daily work or still grasped insufficiently,and they also had favorites among training methods and sources of training teachers. Related departments should formulate and implement the targeted on-the-job training measures for grass-roots pharmacy staffs based on their actual training needs,in order to improve their professional competence effectively.
