高尿酸血症对肾脏损害的研究进展 被引量:25

摘要 近年来,大量的流行病学研究表明高尿酸血症可以导致肾脏损伤。其发生的病理生理学机制可能与血管内皮功能障碍、激活肾素-血管紧张素系统、炎性因子释放以及氧化应激的增加等有关。因此,深入认识无症状高尿酸血症的危险性及早干预对改善肾功能有非常重要的临床意义。本文就高尿酸血症的形成病因以及肾脏受损的发生机制的研究作一简综述。 In recent years,a large number of epidemiological studies indicated that hyperuricemia can cause kidney diseases.the main pathophysiological mechanisms of these harmful effects caused by uric acid are endothelial dysfunction,activation of renin-angiotensin system,release of pro-inl ammatory factors and increased oxidative stress.So it may have important clinical implications for assisting in the cognition process of asymptomatic hyperuricemia allowing for early renal function intervention.h is article simply reviewed the cause of how hyperuricemia formed and the mechanism of renal impairment.
