壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚琥珀酸二酯磺酸钠的合成及染色应用 被引量:3

摘要 以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐和亚硫酸氢钠为主要反应物,采用超声-微波协同技术合成了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚型磺基琥珀酸二酯钠盐Gemini表面活性剂,并用FT-IR和1H-NMR对产物结构进行表征。将其应用于毛/涤混纺织物分散染料的一浴法染色。探讨了p H、浴比、温度和NS用量对染色效果的影响,毛/涤混纺织物分散染料一浴法染色最佳染色工艺条件为:染液p H=3~4,浴比=25∶1,w(NS)=3%(owf),染色温度为95℃。在此工艺条件下,分散橙30、分散蓝2BW、分散红73和分散红SE-F3B的染色效果均有提升,且色牢度达4级以上。在染色体系中添加NS可以降低染色温度,显著提高分散染料的上染率。 An alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate ester sodium salt Gemini surfactant is prepared by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic method using alkylphenol ethoxylate,maleic anhydride and sodium bisulfite as main raw materials. The structure of resulting products is characterized by FTIR and1 HNMR. This Gemini surfactant is then applied to one bath dyeing process of. wool / polyester blended fabric. The influences of p H value,bath ratio,dyeing temperature and the dosage of auxiliary agent on the dyeing effects are discussed. The optimized dyeing conditions are: 3- 4 of p H value,25∶ 1 of bath ratio,95℃ of dyeing temperature,3%( owf) of w( NS). Under this condition,the dyeing effects of Disperse Orange 30,Disperse Blue 2BW,Disperse Red 73 and Disperse Red SE-F3 B are all improved,and the fastness of wet rubbing is 4 or / and 4- 5 grade. The dye-uptake and K / S value can be significantly increased with the auxiliary agent NS in the dyeing process.
