通过戴维、鲁奇和托普索甲醇合成塔工艺性能、结构设计、选材、制造、运行维护等方面对比分析,研究各种技术特点,分析甲醇合成塔各自的技术优势和不足,对于甲醇合成塔设计、制造、操作运行以及今后甲醇合成技术选择都具有一定借鉴和指导意义。
The process performance,structure design,material selection,manufacture,operation and maintenance,and other aspects of the methanol converters of Davy,Lurgi and Topsoe are analyzed. The technical characteristics are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of each methanol converter are discussed. It has boht referential and instructional significance for the design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of methanol converters and the selection of the methanol synthesis technology in the future.
