摘要
"京津冀一体化"有历史渊源。"京津冀区域"是首都及周边地域交叉又跨行政区划的新型区域概念,注重多元联系、综合互动的"社会文化生态史"是区域史研究的新视角。河北省会1870至1949年间在保定、天津、北京之间移动流转11次,平均7年变动一次,变换频率之高、次数之多、间隔之短,为全国史上独一无二,是近代剧烈政治变动的共震连动效应,形成了近代京津冀区域的特殊社会生态,也是区域一体化的历史基础。京津冀区域的政治、经济、文化等资源流动与配置变动,造成社会流动的结构、流向、范围与数量发生变化,社会流动与文化生态形成互动效应。天津和保定先后成为近代最早的军事学校集中地,培养了最早一批近代军事、政治人才。蒋介石在保定的军校生活,反映了清末全国人才向保定集中的跨地域流动,形成同学、师生新的群体关系,构成了近代政治军事人才关系网络,保定及京津冀区域文化生态变化对中国近代社会产生深远影响。
The integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has deep historical roots. The region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a new concept that includes the capital and surrounding areas. The history of social and cultural ecology which focus on multiple connections and comprehensive interactions brings a new perspective to the study of regional history. From 1870 to 1949, the Hebei provincial capital transferred between Baoding, Tianjin and Beijing as much as 11 times, an average of 7 years in change.The high frequency of change and short interval were unique in the history of the whole country.It formed special social ecology of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and it was also the historical basis of regional integration.That Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional political, economic, cultural resources flow and configuration changes resulted in the structure, flow, range and quantity of social movement changed, and social mobility and cultural ecology formed the interaction effect.Tianjin and Baoding successively established the first modem military schools, training the first batch of military and political talents.The learning experience of Chiang Kai Shek in Baoding Military Academy reflected large-scale population flow to Baoding in the late Qing Dynasty, where formed new group relationships and modem political and military talent networks. Baoding, Beijing, and Tianjin regional cultural ecology changes had a profound impact on Chinese modem society.
