利福昔明联合酪酸梭菌制剂治疗小肠细菌过度生长的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对利福昔明联合酪酸梭菌制剂治疗小肠细菌过度生长的临床价值进行研究。方法 77例小肠细菌过度生长患者,随机分为研究组(39例)与对照组(38例)。对照组单独应用利福昔明治疗,研究组患者应用利福昔明联合酪酸梭菌制剂治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者转阴率与总有效率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论应用利福昔明联合酪酸梭菌制剂治疗小肠细菌过度生长,可显著提高临床治疗有效率与转阴率,值得临床推广。
