摘要 惊厥和癫痫是儿科常见病症,两者都是各种原因引起的中枢神经系统(CNS)某些部位神经元发生同步异常放电。目前疗效并不满意,如能针对造成不同类型异常放电的生理生化障碍进行特异治疗,疗效才能提高,因此,神经生化的研究有重要的临床意义。近年来,神经生化的研究主要集中于中枢介质,尤其氨基酸类介质,被认为可能与癫痫关系最密切,但至今还无肯定结论,仍是当前小儿神经系统疾病的一项重要而又迫切的研究课题。 The changes of amino-acid neurotransmitters and cAMP content in CSF during epilepsy and convulsion were studied in 49 children and 17 rabbits of epileptic models with injecting ferric sulfate into ventriculus. In addition to the changes of glutamic acid, GABA, taurine, aspartie acid and cAMP content, we attempted to determine a unified index of amino-acid neurotransmitters to demonstrate their complex action. The preliminary data suggested that "ANT" (Excitability Index of Amino-acid Neuro-transmitters), namely: (glutamic acid content in CSF×aspartie acid content)/ (taurine content×glycine content×GABA content), might be related to the excitability level of central nervous system.
