摘要 苯妥英钠和苯巴比妥是临床最常应用的有效抗癫痫药物。由于该两药均属控制症状药物,癫痫患者常需长期服用和相互配伍用药以提高其疗效。近年许多资料证明癫痫患者对药物的反应具有个体差异性,药物的剂量和药物的作用之间关系不大,而药物的血浓度和药物作用、毒性密切相关。当前许多国家已利用各种灵敏度高。 High-pressure liquid chromatography for determining the concentration of phenytion and phenobarbital in human plasma is a rapid and specific micro technique. It does not necessitate derivatization of these compounds in order to achieve sufficient sensitivity. HPLC can also be used for simultaneously determining some anticonvulsants in plasma. The recoveries of DPH and PB is 96.12±6.24%, and 98.14±4.16% respectively. So this advanced method is very useful in the studies of pharmacokinetics and monitoring of these drugs.
