摘要
~86Rb对心肌有较强的亲和力。利用此特性,给小白鼠静注后,测量心肌放射性的强度,能反映心肌的血流量,特别是毛细血管的流量,以其结果作为衡量心肌营养血流量增减的指标。我们根据这个理论进行了中草药的筛选。
In the present investigation the effect of some Chinese medicinal herbs on the myocardial uptake of ^(86)Rb used as the index of myocardial nutrious blood flow was studied.There were marked increase of myocardial uptake of ^(86)Rb after intraperitoneal injection of: (1) Total flavone of Ku-Shen (苦参, Saphore flovescens Ait) 20-25~*g/kg; (2) total alkaloid of Ku-Shen 4g~*/kg; (3) alcohlic extract of Zhu-jie Ren-shen (竹节人参, Panax genseng Japonicum C. A. Mey 2.5-5g.*/kg); (4) alcoholic extract of Mai-dong, (麦冬 Ophiopogon Joponicus Ker-Gaw 15g~*/kg); (5) Total flavone of Shan-Cha (山楂 Crategus Pinnatifida var major N. F. Br. 567 mg/kg) (6) No 4 of Guan-tong (冠通四号 8g~*/kg) and (7) isoprenaline 0.5-1mg/kg.No significant change in myocardial uptake of ^(86)Rb was noticed after the following injection of (1) alcoholic extract of ku-shen (5g~*/kg); (2) oxymatrine (150 mg/kg) (3) Aqueous distillate of Zhu-jie Ren-shen 4~*g/kg, (4) alcoholic extract of Sheng-mai (生脉注射液 7g~*/kg) and (8) the vehicletween-80 (0.3g-3g/kg).~*Crude drug.
