摘要
采用血清叶酸放射免疫法及改良的硫酸铵沉淀法,分别对各类型白血病人在不同病期进行血清叶酸和转钴蛋白测定。结果表明白血病人未缓解组及复发组的血清叶酸浓度均显著降低,在缓解时,则上升至正常。血清UBBC在各种白血病人未缓解时均升高,其中慢粒增高最显著,主要是由于R-结合物增多,急淋的血清UBBC增高则是由于TCⅡ增多。
The serum folic acid levels and the binding capacity of transcobolamins in patients with various types of leukemia of different stages are measured by using radioimmunoassay for serum folic acid and modified ammonium sulfate precipitation technique for transcobolamin respectively.The results showed that serum folic acid levels were markedly lowered in the nonremission and the relapse groups, and elevated to normaI in the remission group. Serum UBBC was increased in the nonremission groups in various types of leukemic patients, particularly in chronic granulocytic leukemia. The increase of UBBC is mainly due to the increase of R-binders in chronic granulocytic leukemia but is chiefly due to the increase of TCⅡ in acute lymphocytic leukemia.
