摘要
教研活动是提高幼儿园教师专业化程度和提升幼儿园保教质量的重要途径。当前幼儿园教研活动存在三重困境:一是追求短期价值而忽视终极价值,二是渴望理论却又常常误用理论,三是崇拜教研方法却又缺乏使用上的规范。为此,研究者认为,应大力倡导幼儿园教师开展批判性反思,将学习理论与解决实践问题紧密结合起来,提高教研方法运用能力。从而突破幼儿园教研活动的种种困境。
Teaching and research activities is a key approach of improving the degree of preschool teachers' specialization and the quality of kindergarten childcare and education. Currently, there exist three predicaments: short term value is sought after while long term value is ignored; theories are valued but often misused; method is believed to be important but the norm is usually ignored. In hght of the above predicaments, the authors suggest three ways-out: critical reflection should be advocated among kindergarten teachers; theory should be applied into practice; the ability to use different methods should be improved.
