摘要
学业质量检测数据的发布和运用是十分敏感的问题。还原评价数据的诊断和改进功能是当前教育评价的重要任务,然而,数据已过度运用于甄别或横向比较。笔者运用学业质量检测数据开展基于评价实证的教学改进实践研究,从以下四个方面来诊断学生知识技能的掌握和改进学生的学习:反馈个体相对位置,跟踪学生动态变化;反映学科学习优劣,制定个性学习方案;发现学科薄弱知识,开出知识点诊断单;关注学科能力差异,进行针对性的训练。
The issue and application of the academic quality test data are very sensitive.The diagnosis and improvement of the evaluation data is an important task of the current education.However,the data have been used in screening and horizontal comparison.The author used academic quality detection data to carry out research and practice improvement based on the empirical evaluation of teaching,from the following four aspects to diagnose students' mastery of knowledge and skills and to improve students' learning,feedback the relative position of the individual,track students' dynamic changes,reflect the interdisciplinary learning quality and personalized learning scheme,find weak subject knowledge and pay attention to the differences of subject abilities for focused training.
