摘要 校园是社会的重要组成部分,也是教书育人、为国家提供发展支撑力量的重要摇篮和基地。通过校园作为驱动社会发展的动力来提高资源的利用效率,缓解能源不足和环境污染等问题,以促进社会的可持续的发展。校园作为公共基础建设的一部分,具有设施多样、人口稠密、能源与资源消耗量大等特点,产生的污染量和能源消耗量非常可观。绿色校园建设受到广泛的关注,本文通过对比国内外的绿色评价体系,并结合《绿色校园评价标准》专注于评分标准适用于用计算机技术的平台,完成了绿色校园评价系统的总体框架设计与构建,讨论了绿色校园评价系统的各子系统的功能,系统的应用将对绿色校园建设起促进作用。 Campus is an important part of the society,as well as an important cradle and base for teaching and providing support for the development of the nation. In order to promote the sustainable development of society,campus as a driving force is used to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and to alleviate the energy shortage and environmental pollution problems. Campus,as a part of public infrastructure,has such common characteristics as diversitied building functions,dense population and large energy consumption. The pollution load and energy consumption are very considerable. Green campus construction has drawn wide public atlention,and this paper systematically discusses green campus evaluation index and evaluation system by comparing the index at home and abroad. According to Green Campus Evaluation Standard,it puts forward the evaluation index system of green campus construction applicable to the computer technology platform. And on this basis,it completes the frame design and construction of the green campus evaluation system,discusses each sub-system functions of green campus evaluation system.
