摘要
以4-咪唑基苯甲酸(H2L)为配体,与硝酸铜反应合成铜的配合物[CuIICuI(HL)(L)(H2O)2]?H2O。通过配合物的合成、结构表征、结构分析的实验教学过程,引导学生挖掘并理解配位化学学科的基本概念及理论,培养学生将理论与实践相互结合的能力,促进学生自身知识体系的构建。
The synthesis of a copper complex [Cu"Cu'(HL)(L)(H2O)2]. H2O based on the hydrothermal synthesis of 4-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzoic acid (H2L) with Cu(Ⅱ) cation, was taken as laboratory teaching project for undergraduates, which covered the aspects of the designed synthesis, structural characterization and analysis. The aim of the laboratory teaching is to enhance the theoretical knowledge of coordination chemistry, promote the mutual integration between the theoretical knowledge and laboratory skills, and facilitate the construction of comprehensive knowledge system for undergraduates.
