多穗型抗条锈病糯小麦绵13-923的产量与品质分析

摘要 [目的]研究糯小麦绵13-923的产量和品质,为丰富四川省抗条锈病糯小麦种质资源,进一步培育出丰产抗病的糯小麦新品种(系)提供参考。[方法]研究抗条锈糯小麦新品系绵13-923的主要农艺性状、产量、抗病性及支链淀粉含量。[结果]绵13-923分蘖力强、株高适中,丰产性较好;在产量三要素中,绵13-923每穗粒数和千粒重与对照相当,主要依靠增加单位面积有效穗来提高产量,高抗条锈病、中抗白粉病;花粉镜检和籽粒染色鉴定红棕色比例均为100%,降落值为62 s。[结论]绵13-923属于多穗协调型抗条锈病纯糯小麦,今后可作为抗条锈糯小麦育种材料。 [Objective] The aim was to study yield and quality of waxy wheat Mian 13- 923,and provide reference for cultivating high yield and disease resistance waxy wheat new varity( lines).[Method] The main agronomic trits,yield,disease resistance and amylopectin content of resistance to stripe rust waxy wheat Mian13- 923 was studied.[Result]Mian 13- 923 had high tillering ability,medium height and high yield. In the three factors of yield,the number of grains per spikes and 1 000- grain weight were similar with CK,and mainly rely on increasing spike number per acreage to improve yield,high resistance to stripe rust and moderate resistance to powdery mildew; the red brown ratio of pollen microscopic examination and grain ratio of identification were 100%,and the falling number was 62 s.[Conclusion]Mian 13- 923 belongs to the multi spike coordinated anti stripe rust pure waxy wheat. It can be used as a stripe rust resistance material in waxy wheat breeding.
