诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫病和根腐病的生防细菌研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]筛选诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫病和根腐病的生防细菌,挖掘高效的新型微生物代谢物种衣剂。[方法]从诱导抗性角度,以大豆胞囊线虫和大豆根腐病菌为靶标,通过对2 400株细菌发酵液包衣大豆种子处理、大田和温室盆栽试验,筛选诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫病和根腐病的生防细菌。[结果]获得Sneb152、Sneb572、Sneb877、Sneb1076、Sneb1401和Sneb1499共6株对病原物具有诱抗活性的生防细菌,6株生防细菌均可诱导大豆抗胞囊线虫病,抑制率超过74.98%,且能显著促进大豆生长,增产效果明显;菌株Sneb572和Sneb1076对大豆根腐病也有一定防效。[结论]优良诱抗生防菌株Sneb572和Sneb1076用于处理大豆种子前景广阔。 [Objective] To screen the biocontrol bacterium inducing soybean cyst nematode and soybean root rot diseases,and to find high-efficient new microbial metabolites seed coatings. [Method] From the aspect of induced resistance,soybean cyst nematode and soybean root rot pathogen were used as the targets. A total of 2 400 coating soybean seeds were processed in bacteria fermentation liquid.[Result]After field and greenhouse screening,6 strains of biocontrol bacteria( Sneb152,Sneb572,Sneb877,Sneb1076,Sneb1499 and Sneb1401) were obtained,which had resistance activity to the pathogen. The 6 strains of biocontrol bacteria could all induce soybean cyst nematode with the inhibition rate being more than 74. 98%. They could significantly promote the growth of soybean and had obvious yield increasing effect. Besides,strains Sneb572 and Sneb1076 also had certain control effects on soybean root rot.[Conclusion] Sneb572 and Sneb1076 have broad application prospects in soybean seed treatment.
