杜仲化学成分和药理作用研究进展

Advance in Chemical Component and Pharmacologica Action of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.

综述了杜仲的化学成分、质量控制、工艺研究、药理作用、药代动力学的研究进展,为杜仲活性成分的药理研究及开发利用提供理论依据。杜仲中所含化学成分多达138种,其他部位的药用有效成分与其皮相似,均含木脂素类、环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、糖类、甾萜类、杜仲胶、酚苷类、微量元素及氨基酸等。杜仲主要药理作用有降压、降血脂、抗菌抗病毒、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗肿瘤及免疫功能、补肾、强筋健骨及安胎、镇静催眠、降血糖等。杜仲的质量控制研究主要包括薄层鉴别、含量测定(分光光度法、液相法、气质或液质联用、原子吸收光谱法、毛细管电泳法)及指纹图谱等。

Research progress of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. was reviewed in the fields of chemical component,quality control,technical study,pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics,which provided theoretical foundation for the pharmological study and utilization of the active ingredients in E. ulmoides. The chemical components reached 138 types in E. ulmoides. The effective medicinal ingredients in other parts of E. ulmoides were similar as those in peels,which included lignans,iridoids,phenylpropanoids,flavonoids,saccharides,steroid terpenoids,gutta-percha,phenolic glycoside,microelement and amino acid. The main pharmacological actions of E. ulmoides were decompression,anti-hyperlipidemia,antibacterial and antiviral effects,antioxidant,anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,tonifying kidney,strengthening tendons and bones,sedative and hypnotic effects,antidiabetics and so on. Research on quality control of E. ulmoides mainly included thin-layer identification,content detection（ spectrophotometry,liquid phase method,GC-MS/LC-MS,atomic absorption spectroscopy and capillary electrophoresis） and fingerprint.
