Research on the Honest Cultural Construction in Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions——A Case of Honest Cultural Construction Demonstration Site in Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences

基于安徽省农业科学院创建安徽省廉政文化建设示范点工作的实践,探讨研究农业科研单位廉政文化建设,提出强化引领、统筹规划,提升品位、着重文化,整合资源、创新载体,立足长远、建立长效机制的建议,以期从实际出发,制定廉政文化中长期规划,保证廉政文化建设有计划、有步骤、有系统地深入开展,为科研工作营造宽松和谐、清政高效的氛围,为农业科研事业又好又快发展提供有力保障。

Based on the practice of honest cultural construction demonstration site in Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences,honest cultural construction in agricultural scientific research institutions was discussed. Suggestions were put forward,such as strengthening the leading,carrying out overall planning and long-term strategy,promoting the grade,paying attention to culture,integrating the resources,innovating the carrier,and establishing long-term mechanism. Based on these,medium and long term plan of honest cultural construction was established in order to ensure the in-depth and systematic development of honest cultural construction step by step,to create a loose,harmonious and efficient atmosphere for scientific research,and to provide powerful safeguard for the sound and rapid development of agricultural scientific research.
