摘要
热工自动控制系统在火力发电厂节能中发挥着重要的作用。通过对热工自动控制系统进行优化的研究,得出如下结论:优化主、再热汽温自动控制能够提高平均温度,减少热耗;通过优化汽轮机滑压定值和凝结水节流控制能够减少节流损失,提高机组经济性;适当降低汽包水位能够在不用增加煤耗的前提下增加电功率。最后提出,为满足新编写的电力行业标准中对与机组节能相关的自动控制指标提出的更严格的要求,热工自动控制系统对火电厂节能的评估宜以统计的方式体现。
The automatic control system plays an important role in energy, saving of thermal power plants. Based on tile studv of thermal control system optimization, it is concluded that by optimizing the main steam and reheat steam temperature control system, the average temperatures of the main and the reheat steam can be increased and the heat consumption can be lowered. Through tile optimization of the steam turbine sliding pressure set value and the throttling control over the condensate, the heat losses are reduced, such that the unit economic performance is improved. Moreover, properly reducing the drum water level can generate more power without extra coal consumption. Therefore, more stringent requirements are stipulated in the new industrial standard on automatic control indices related to energy saving in thermal power plants. At last, this study recommends that the assessment on energy saving of thermal automatic control system in thermal power plants should be conducted in the form of long-term statistics.
