Based on the analysis of ＂inquiry on the corrosions condition of nails＂ in the text- book, this paper improved and designed experiments from perspectives such as reactant, product, qualitative and quantitative. In the exploration of the problems, students learned independent design, independent experiment, and independent evaluation, and then formed the method and ability of scientific inquiry.
