振动频率对消失模铸造高铬铸铁组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Vibration Frequencies on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Lost Foam Casting High Chromium Cast Iron

摘要 研究了振动频率对消失模铸造高铬铸铁件中非金属夹杂物含量、显微组织、硬度及冲击吸收功的影响。结果表明,振动能明显细化高铬铸铁的显微组织,当振动频率为50Hz时细化效果最明显;振动显著降低非金属夹杂物含量,当振动频率为30Hz时降低幅度最大;硬度随振动频率的增加而提高;冲击吸收能量的变化与非金属夹杂物变化趋势正好相反,当振动频率为30Hz时最高。 Mechanical vibration was carried out during the solidification of lost foam casting(LFC)high chromium cast iron.The effects of vibration frequencies on the non-metallic inclusions content,microstructure,hardness and impact absorbing energy of as-cast high chromium cast iron were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure is refined significantly,especially the vibration frequency of50 Hz,and the non-metallic inclusions content is reduced obviously and the impact absorbing energy is improved obviously,especially the vibration frequency of 30 Hz.In addition,the hardness is increased with the increase of frequency.
