摘要
通过对成品TP2内螺纹铜管力学性能进行测试和数据分析,发现其稳定性存在波动,力学性能与晶粒尺寸是相关的。为探讨影响TP2内螺纹铜管性能稳定性的影响因素,现从水平连铸、三辊行星轧制、三联拉和在线退火工艺进行分析和给出建议。
By testing the mechanical properties of TP2 inner grooved tubes and analyzing the data, it's easy to find stability is changing. The mechanical properties are related to the grain size. To explore the influence factors of stability, we study the impact of internal thread TP2 copper tube from horizontal continuous casting and three-roll planetary rolling to pulling together, and give some improvement measures.
