摘要
利用三维建模软件Pro/e4.0对零部件进行三维建模,导入ANSYS Workbench12有限元分析模块中进行模态分析,得到了模型的固有频率以及振型,研究了固有频率与压缩机本身运行频率的关系,避免了共振产生,找出结构的振动薄弱部位,也为底盘零部件结构优化设计提供理论参考。
Using threeˉdimensional modeling software Pro/e4.0 components required for 3D modeling, finite element analysis ANSYS Workbench12 import module modal analysis, the natural frequencies and mode shapes model to study the natural frequency of the operating frequency of the compressor itself relationship, avoiding the resonance to identify weak parts of the structure of the vibration, but also optimize the design to provide a theoretical reference structure for the chassis parts.
