摘要
目的:考察市售常用滴眼剂中抑菌剂的抑菌效力。方法:采用《中国药典》2010年版抑菌剂效力检查法指导原则中方法和2015年版药典四部抑菌效力检查法比较滴眼剂的抑菌效力。结果:考察的10个滴眼剂品种均符合2010年版药典标准规定,但其中部分品种不符合2015年版药典标准规定。结论:目前我国部分滴眼剂品种的抑菌效力尚不能达到2015年版《中国药典》的标准规定,这对滴眼剂生产企业而言将面临较大的挑战。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of bacteriostatic agents for common eye drops.Methods： The adopted methods were： The Bacteriostatic Efficacy Test Guidelines-ChP 2010 and The Bacteriostatic Efficacy Test Method-ChP 2015 （ Vol.Ⅳ） . Results：10 varieties of common eye drops were all consistent with the provisions of ChP 2010 on the efficacy of bacteriostatic agents, but some varieties did not meet the requirements of ChP 2015.Conclusion： At present the bacteriostatic efficacy of some kinds eye drops cannot meet the requirements of ChP 2015.That will be a greater challenge for the production enterprises of eye drops.
