海马放射性损伤机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 放射性脑损伤是头颈部肿瘤放射治疗的并发症之一。在长期生存的肿瘤患者中,放射性脑损伤对认知、记忆、情感等方面影响最为突出。目前已有大量的研究表明辐射会造成海马的损伤,影响海马的功能,其发生机制也取得了一些研究进展。根据海马放射性损伤研究结果,其损伤机制可分为直接损伤与间接损伤。直接损伤包括射线对海马神经元及神经元前体细胞的直接杀伤作用,直接导致海马细胞数量的减少与功能下降。间接作用是指照射引起的海马神经元周围微环境的改变导致海马放射性损伤,包括诱发炎症反应、神经胶质细胞比例失调、下调神经营养因子、周围供血血管及血脑屏障损伤。
