中医药法制视角下的我国县级中医院发展困境与对策刍议

Initiatory discussion on the development dilemma and solutions of county hospital of TCM in China from the angle of legal institution in Chinese Medicine

中医药是我国传统文化的瑰宝。建国后,党和国家的一系列政策、措施有效推动我国中医医疗水平的提高,中医医疗服务体系在调整中不断完善,《中医药法》立法工作的逐步推进将持续给我国中医药的发展注入新活力。但是,县级中医院发展状况仍不乐观。本文试通过县级中医院在医疗服务中的现状分析来探索县级中医院的发展对策。

Chinese medicine is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture.After the founding of new China,a series of effective measures have implemented to promote the improvement of medical standards of Chinese medicine,and the health care system of Chinese medicine is being continuous improved as well as the legislation step by step of＂Law of Chinese Medicine＂will add new vitality to the development of Chinese medicine.As the situation on the development of county hospital of Chinese medicine is still not optimistic,this research to explore the developmental solutions through the status analysis of county hospital of Chinese medicine in health care.
