摘要
自《北京市控制吸烟条例》实施以来,北京市丰台区卫生计生委卫生监督所积极开展控烟监督执法、约谈和培训工作,严厉打击全区吸烟违法行为。经过3个月的集中整治,控烟执法工作取得了一定成效。本文通过对丰台区控烟执法工作的现状、取得的成效及存在的问题进行综合分析,提出一些针对性建议,旨在为进一步提高公共场所控烟执法水平提供参考。
Since the implementation of the Beijing Tobacco Control Ordinance,the Bureau for Health Inspection and Supervision of Fengtai District carried out tobacco control enforcement,interviews and training actively,and cracked down on illegal smoking activities in the region.After three months of concentrated rectification,tobacco control enforcement has achieved some success.Through comprehensive analysis of Fengtai District tobacco control enforcement status,this paper analyzed achievements and existing problems and put forward some suggestions to provide reference for further improving the anti-smoking law enforcement in public place.
