基于德尔菲法的开放获取期刊评价指标筛选

Criteria for assessing open access journals selected according to Delphi method

通过两轮的德尔菲问卷调查,从开放程度、质量和影响力三方面入手筛选开放获取期刊的评价指标。遴选专家的平均年龄在(43.44±7.66)岁,平均工作年限为(18.56±8.56)年,具有副高级及以上职务的专家15人,两轮专家的积极系数分别为100%和87.5%,3个一级指标的权威系数分别为0.8188、0.8688、0.85,协调系数为0.398,具有统计学差异。根据指标筛选标准最终确定3个一级指标、7个二级指标和22个三级指标。最后指出指标体系的内容应充分体现评价对象的特点,遴选指标的方法应注重合理性和可靠性。

The criteria for assessing open access journals were selected with Delphi method according to a survey with questionnaire in terms of their openness, academic level and impact power. The two-round survey showed that the mean age, mean service time and two-round enthusiasm coefficients of the invited experts were 43.44±7.66 years, 18.56＋8.56 years,100% and 87.5% ,respectively. The authority coefficient of 3 primary indexes was 0. 8188,0. 8688 and 0.85 respectively, with a harmonious coefficient of 0.398 （P〈0.05）. The 3 primary ,7 secondary and 22 tertiary indexes were established with the features of assessed journals, the rationality and reliability of selecting methods pointed out.
