摘要
我国煤矿矿难多发,造成的损失巨大。自2012年5月,我国煤炭市场供大于求、低迷成为＂常态化＂。基于此,研究新常态条件下我国矿难特征和规律有着重要现实意义。文章根据国家安全生产监督管理总局事故查询系统可查询到的数据,对2012~2015年我国煤矿矿难数据进行统计,并从矿难类型、矿难等级、矿难地域性、矿难发生地点、矿难发生时间特性等方面分析了矿难的特征和规律,并提出相应的安全防范措施。
The accident in coal mine of china has not only a high frequency of occurrence but hug losses. Since May 2012,China＇s coal market appears a＂normalization＂of oversupply,sluggish. Because of all this,researching on the characteristics and laws of accident in coal mine of china has important practicalsignificance in new normal. Based on queriable data from State Administration of Work Safety,this paper analyses the characteristics and laws of accident in coal mine. From type、level、regionalism、place and time respects to carry on,the goal can be reached. Moreever,putting forward the corresponding security measures is necessary.
