基于绿色发展理念的生态文明建设实践研究——以南京为例

Research on the Construction of Ecological Civilization based on the Concept of Green Development——Taking Nanjing as an Example

党的十八届三中全会以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央从中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"总体布局的战略高度,对生态文明建设提出了一系列新理念、新思想、新战略,"绿色发展"成为引领经济社会发展的重要理念。该文在梳理总结十八大以来南京生态文明建设取得成效的基础上,深入剖析当前南京加快推进生态文明建设所具备的基础条件、面临的重大机遇和严峻挑战,从发展生态型经济、保护生态环境、完善生态制度、推动共建共享等方面对新形势下南京市如何实现更高水平的生态文明建设目标提出了对策建议。

A series of crucial ideas have been identified to guide development during the 13 th Five-Year period. Thefirst such an idea is a set of five development concepts,one of which is＂green development＂. Based on the experi-ence of ecological civilization construction,SWOT method is used to analyze both advantages and disadvantages interms of ecological civilization in Nanjing. Finally,it puts forwards some suggestions such as developing green econo-my,improving environmental quality and perfecting the ecological system.
