摘要
在卷烟加工企业中,生产车间环境温、湿度对烟支各项物理指标有着重要影响。统计技术提供了大量分析工具,使生产环境的控制及评价更具科学性、可靠性。通过对不同环境湿度下烟支吸阻、端部落丝量指标进行假设检验,可以有效地判断相应环境湿度下质量控制情况,并进行修正,以达到稳定卷烟质量的目的。
Air relative humidity of cigarette making workshop has great influence on the physical indexes of cigarette. Statistical techniques provides amount of analytical tools,thus the evaluation and analysis are more scientific and more reliable. Through using hypothesis testing for draw resistance and loss of tobacco from the ends of cigarette in different relative humidity,we can judge the cigarette quality control in different relative humidity effectively,adjusting the air relative humidity to reach the goal of stabilizing cigarette quality.
