新公共服务视角下的无障碍环境建设路径——以广州市为例

The barrier-free environment construction under the new Angle of view of public service path- in guangzhou as an example

文章借鉴新公共服务理论,建设服务型政府的理念,围绕更新行政理念、转变政府职能、拓宽民意表达机制、建立共同治理格局、提高公民意识等核心内涵,结合广州市在无障碍环境建设方面的多年实践经验,进一步提出新公共服务视角下的无障碍环境建设新路径,对当前加快完善无障碍环境,构建"平等、参与、共享"的文明、和谐社会具有重要指导意义。

This paper draw lessons from the new public service theory,the idea of building a service-oriented government,surrounding the update administrative concept,transform government functions,to broaden public opinion expression mechanism,establishing the common governance structure,improve citizen consciousness,such as connotation of the core,combined with the practice of guangzhou in the aspect of barrier-free environment construction experience,put forward the new public service under the perspective of barrier-free environment construction,the new path for the current to speed up the perfect barrier-free environment,build the ＂equality,participation and sharing＂ civilized,the harmonious society has important guiding significance.
