摘要
在材料性能的相关研究中,金相试样的制备是材料微观组织形貌观测及研究的基本步骤,试样的品质直接影响着观测数据的代表性与精确性。对于金相试样的制备,往往由于不当操作引致试样表面变形层的产生,本文着重研究金相试样在制备过程中的变形层成因、缺陷形态及相关的处理措施。
In the related research of material properties,the preparation of metallographic specimen is material microstructure morphology observation and research the basic steps of sample quality directly affects the representative and accuracy of the observation data.For the preparation of metallographic specimen,often caused by the improper sample surface deformation layer.This paper studies in the preparation of metallographic specimen deformation layer formation,defects in the process of form and the relevant treatment measures.
