咬合平面激光定位仪的仿真头颅模型研究

摘要 目的比较初级医师使用咬合平面板与使用咬合平面激光定位仪确定的咬合平面与参考平面的夹角,考察咬合平面激光定位仪的效果。方法 15名初级医师分别用咬合平面板和咬合平面激光定位仪确定仿真头颅模型蜡堤的咬合平面,测量蜡堤咬合平面与参考平面的夹角。结果咬合平面板法和激光定位仪法测量前牙区蜡堤咬合平面与参考平面的夹角分别为(0.7±0.3)°、(0.6±0.4)°,差异无统计学意义(t=0.618,P=0.542)。咬合平面板法和激光定位仪法测量后牙区蜡堤咬合平面与参考平面的夹角分别为(3.1±2.1)°、(1.4±0.8)°,差异有统计学意义(t=3.302,P=0.007),激光定位仪法确定的蜡堤与参考平面的夹角更小。结论在仿真头颅模型上初级医师使用传统咬合平面板法和激光定位仪法都能准确定位蜡堤前部咬合平面,初级医师用激光定位仪法确定后牙区咬合平面的精度较使用咬合平面板法更高。 Objectives To analyze the effects of occlusal laser appliance when used by newly-graduated dentists,by measuring the occlusal rim namely the intersection angle between reference plane and occlusal plane,and comparing the results with Fox plane-guide. Methods The wax occlusal rims were fabricated on manikins by 15 newly-graduated dentists with Fox plane-guide and occlusal laser appliance respectively,and the occlusal rims were measured and compared. Results There was no statistically significant differences(t = 0.618,P = 0.542)between Fox plane-guide group(0.7 ± 0.3)° and occlusal laser appliance group(0.6 ± 0.4)° in the anterior area,while it was statistically significant(t = 3.302,P = 0.007)between Fox plane-guide group(3.1 ± 2.1)° and occlusal laser appliance group(1.4 ± 0.8)°in the posterior area. The intersection angles in occlusal laser appliance group were smaller than that in Fox plane-guide group. Conclusion It is effective to make occlusal rims with Fox plane-guide or occlusal laser appliance by newlygraduated dentists,and it is more efficient to use occlusal laser appliance for the posterior occlusal rims。
