新形势下建立健全高职院校学生党员质量保障机制的路径分析

高职院校学生党员质量保障机制实际上是一个包含着人、物和制度三要素,并且这三方面要素相互作用、相互影响的有机体。建立健全高职院校学生党员质量保障机制有利于学生党员成长成才,有利于提高高职院校基层党组织战斗力,有利于扩大党员队伍、巩固党的执政地位。应当通过不断凝聚共识、加强高职院校内部治理、深化与行业企业以及社区党支部的合作等途径来加快健全这一机制。
