摘要
目的研究跨膜蛋白Robo 1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法免疫组化P-V法检测54例胃癌和20例癌旁组织中Robo 1蛋白的表达情况及Robo 1蛋白在不同病理特征下的表达;用CD 34标记微血管,计算微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)探讨胃癌组织中Robo 1与MVD的关系。结果 Robo 1蛋白在胃癌中的阳性表达率为70.37%,在癌旁组织中的阳性表达率为10.00%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.48,P<0.05)。Robo 1蛋白的表达水平与淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关,与肿瘤的大小、分化程度无关。Robo 1蛋白在胃癌组织中MVD为(24.74±2.59),与癌旁组织(18.10±1.71)相比显著增高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.629,P<0.05)。结论胃癌中Robo 1蛋白表达增高,且与肿瘤的临床病理特征有关,提示Robo 1蛋白在胃癌的形成过程中扮演着重要角色,胃癌中微血管密度增高可以推测出微血管的形成促进了肿瘤的生长与侵袭。
Objective To study the Robo 1 transmembrane protein expression in gastric carcinoma tissue and its relationship with clinicalpathological features. Conclusion Higher Robo 1 protein expression in gastric cancer, and is associated with the clinical pathological features of thetumor, prompt Robo 1 protein plays an important role in the formation process of gastric cancer, cancer of the stomach in the microvascular densityincreased can infer the formation of the microvascular promoted the growth and inasieness of tumor.
