福建省本科护生对开展专科性健康教育培训的需求分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解本科护生下临床之后实施健康教育的现状,探讨本科护生对开展专科性健康教育的需求性大小。方法本研究采用量性研究的实验方法,样本的获取是通过方便抽样的方法对符合纳入标准的福建医科大学、福建中医药大学、莆田学院三所院校的在医院实习的150名本科护生进行问卷调查。结果福建省本科实习护生专科性健康教育能力总分为(159.79±12.52),评估专科性健康教育维度得分为(29.11±3.67),计划专科性健康教育维度得分为(17.19±1.83),执行专科性健康教育维度得分为(20.80±2.50),评价专科性健康教育纬度得分为(25.59±3.17)。结论福建省本科实习护生专科性健康教育能力水平偏低。各教学医院应积极开展专科性健康教育的相关理论培训及实践活动,提高福建省整体本科护理专业学生的专科性健康教育能力。 Objective To investigate the specialist health education of undergraduate nursing interns after going clinical practice in FujianProvince and discussing the demand of carrying out the training of specialist health education. Methods This study used quantitative researchmethods. 150 undergraduate nursing trainee from from 3 regular colleges in Fujian Province were selected by convenient sampling to processanonymous questionnaires survey. Results The total score of nursing students’specialist health education ability is (159. 79±12. 52). The score of assess specialist health education area is (29. 11±3. 67). The score of plan specialist health education area is (17. 19±1. 83). The score of implementspecialist health education area is (20. 80±2. 50). The score of evaluate specialist health education area is (25. 59±3. 17). Conclusion Theundergraduate nursing trainee' specialist health education ability level is low in Fujian Province. The teaching hospitals should actively carry out thespecialist health education related theory and practice of education activities, improve the overall undergraduate nursing students' specialist healtheducation ability in Fujian Province.
