论述了烧结砖生产线隧道窑节能的重要性,介绍了几种隧道窑节能降耗的途径。主要从隧道窑窑墙、窑顶保温结构的处理和保温材料的选择以及从坯垛码放、烧成工艺及余热回收等方面来增强隧道窑的保温节能效果。
The paper describes several energy-saving methods of tunnel kiln, such as handling of tunnel kiln walland vault insulation structure, selection of insulation materials, brick setting, firing process and recovery of wasteheat.
