中国外商直接投资对产业结构优化的影响研究

Research into the Effect of Foreign Direct Investment on the Industrial Structure Optimization in China

吸收外国直接投资是一国产业结构优化的重要途径之一。将三级表示法构造的产业结构优化指标与不同行业的FDI值进行灰色关联度分析,结果显示2005-2014年制造业、电力燃气水的生产供应业、交通运输和邮政业的FDI对中国产业结构升级有较强的推动作用。随后运用灰色关联度预测模型,对2015-2019年不同行业FDI作用产业结构优化的效果进行分析,结论认为在此期间外商投资中国金融业和现代服务业对中国产业结构升级的作用越来越强。基于此提出建议:我国应改善国内投资环境,优化吸收国际产业转移;规范外资优惠政策,自主引导外资流向布局;鼓励国内产业创新,发挥产业结构优化主观性。

To attract foreign direct investment( FDI) is one of the important ways for a country to optimize its industrial structure. This paper makes an analysis of the gray correlation degree between industrial structure optimization index calculated through Tertiary Structure Method and the FDI value of different industries. The result shows that FDI greatly pushed the upgrading of the industrial structure in such industries as manufacturing industry,industry of supplying electricity,gas and water,transportation industry and postal service during 2005- 2014. Subsequently,by applying the gray correlation prediction model,this paper analyzes the effect of FDI on the industrial structure optimization in different industries during 2015- 2019. The result shows FDI in China' s financial sector and modern service industry played an increasingly important role in China' s upgrading of industrial structure. Based on this,this paper proposes that China should improve the domestic investment environment,optimize the absorption of international industry transfer; formulate the preferential policies for foreign investment,arrange the distribution of foreign investment; encourage domestic industrial innovation and exert her own initiative to optimize the country' s industrial structure.
