宽QRS波心动过速4例分析
摘要
宽QRS波心动过速系指QRS波群宽大畸形（时间≥0.12s）、频率≥100次/min的心动过速,是临床上常见的危急症之一,也是心电图诊断的难点、热点.在临床上宽QRS波群可分为室性、室上性以及预激性心动过速,不同类型治疗方法也不完全相同。
