鼻用糖皮质激素联合鼻用抗组胺药治疗变应性鼻炎 被引量：1

摘要 变应性鼻炎（AR）是一种常见的由变应原激发导致的气道黏膜慢性炎性病变,也是全身变态反应影响局部靶器官的一个典型,临床表现为特征性的鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕和鼻塞.治疗方法主要是避免接触过敏源、免疫治疗和药物治疗.前两种治疗方法在面对多重变应原过敏或变应原未明的情况时,具有一定局限性.
